With the approval of the Vision Plan, the City has kicked off the environmental review process to evaluate how the proposed development could impact the environment—including traffic, air quality, noise, and other factors. To initiate this process, public meetings known as a “scoping hearings” will be held. The hearing provides an opportunity for the public and interested agencies to comment on the Draft Scope of Work (DSOW), which outlines the framework for the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), including potential environmental impacts, alternatives, and mitigation strategies.

The City has offered 3 hearings to date, and has added an additional hearing for March 16.
